A book of short stories

Book: Rogues
Edited by: George R. R. Martin and Gardner Dozois
Number of pages: 656

Maybe I should've paid a little bit more attention to the title: Rogues, which in hindsight suggested a collection of short stories about rogues. I don't particularly like rogues, though. Anyway, the main reason I bought this book was because it had a new story from Patrick Rothfuss in it, about Bast and a new story about Westeros from George R. R. Martin. The Bast story was indeed really awesome! But the story about Daemon, the rogue prince was a bit of a let down, as it was just a prose-version of a family tree. Shame. Most of the other stories (a grand total of 21 stories in the book) were a bit of a let down as well. The other stories I really enjoyed were 'What do you do' by Gillian Flynn (who also wrote 'Gone girl', so I think I will give that book a shot!), 'A Year and a Day in Old Theradane' by Scott Lynch. All in all, an enjoyable read, if you like rogues.
