When did this actually happen? Saturday, November 21, 2015
One of my Utrecht friends, L., visited me for a weekend in November. The weather was not very good (of course, the weather had been great the weeks before. This always happens), but luckily for us there were enough indoor things to be done.
One of the things I was really excited about was visiting the Landesmuseum about the history of Switzerland. This museum was HUGE. We spent 2.5 hours there and were completely exhausted by absorbing all the information. It is not a very interactive, fun museum, unfortunately. It is more a look here is another armour of a different time, although I bet you can’t spot the difference-museum. Still, I’m glad I visited it once know. We had fun. Of course!

Entering the museum!

Pretty spinning wheel with Swiss landmarks

Chilling in a nice chair

Very shocking!
After the museum we went to the indoor Christmas market at Zürich main station. It was very warm and there were nice stalls. I like Christmas markets :) I’ll definitely visit this one next year as well. Maybe multiple times, because they had all kinds of tempting food that I didn’t try this time…

Beautiful Christmas tree

Enjoying a well deserved treat after a rainy and cold day in Zürich!
