Posing like real Arabs in front of the Fata Morgana
After all the stories and pictures of the Efteling, my sister decided she wanted to go as well, and as we still had 2 tickets we decided to go! Prepare for selfies (although I hate that word).

I dragged my sister to the Vogelrok (Bird rok), as she had never ever been in this roller coaster before. To be fair, she doesn't like roller coasters and she has never been in any of the roller coasters in the Efteling. However, the Vogelrok is my favourite roller coaster, so she agreed to try it just once. This picture was taken after our ride. Needless to say, we didn't go in again.

To make her slightly more happy, we went in the Carnival Festival (similar to 'It's a small world' by Disney). We actually did this ride 3 times, because after about 5 o'clock, the park was quite empty and you didn't have to wait at all, even though it was a beautiful, sunny day. We tried to mimic the Japanese greeting from the ride by the way on the picture.

In front of the Dreamflight (also went on this ride 3 times!): an absolute must whenever you go to the Efteling. There are angels, and elves and trolls and fairies, castles, planets: it really is a dreamflight. All the pink en flowery things may suggest that it is targeted for a younger, (or at least) female audience, but (as always) there are plenty of tough guys aged 15-25 who go on the ride with their group of tough friends. Just to show that this really is a ride everyone enjoys. Even tough male teenagers :p

Posing with one of the people of Laaf: beautiful village that specifically targets young children.

A picture with Holle Bolle Gijs. Oh yeah. 'Papier hier!'

In front of the mega-awesome park show Raveleijn (with knights and fire and water and ravens en cool stuff). We got a bit hot during the day because of the unusual good weather, so we bought chocolate frappes. It was kind of like hot chocolate but then the icy version. It was delicious and refreshing!

Posing in front of the epic fairytale forest sign in front of the fairytale forest :)

The classic picture on a toadstool (they make music!!!).

Chilling with the fakir who makes tulips bloom.

For old times' sake: posing on one of the horses of the steam carousel. We also went on the ride of course. If you can't be a child again in the Efteling, then where can you?
